As 2024 comes to a close, I’ll wrap it up as I always do — with The Yearly Page! A recap of all the content I shared over the past 12 months, as a fun way to sum up the year and provide you with a hearty list of things to 📺 Watch, 📚 Read, 🎧 Listen to, and 🧡 Enjoy! I’m sending it out a little early this year —— in case you have some time off and might enjoy diving in!

Hit Man - Cute little rom-com about a hit man, available on Netflix.
Here - Movie starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright and uses AI to reverse age them.
Barbie - Netflix doc that tells the story of the women at Mattel who advocated for a Black Barbie.
The M Factor - Documentary about Menopause (medical professionals can get Medical Education Credits for watching!).
Dancing for the Devil - Netflix cult documentary about a California based “church” that recruits young TikTok dancers.
Baby Reindeer - Netflix series about a bartender who is stalked by a female patron.
The Idea of You - Netflix movie about the romance between a 40-something single mother and a famous 24-year-old musician (kind of cheesy but good!).
Babes - Follows two childhood best friends when one of them unexpectedly gets pregnant after a one-night stand.
Secrets of the Octopus - Paul Rudd narrates this docu-series all about octopuses (Hulu and Disney+).
What Happens When We Deny People Abortions? - 14-minute TEDtalk by Diana Greene Foster that lays out the data.
American Fiction - 2023 Oscar nominee for best picture. A novelist who's fed up with the establishment profiting from Black entertainment uses a pen name to write a book that propels him into the spotlight.
Civil War - A little *too* real if you know what I mean. Follows a group of journalists during a modern-day civil war in the US.
The Bombardment - The WWII story of Operation Carthage, when allied troops accidentally bombed an elementary school in Copenhagen. Available on Netflix.
The Program - Netflix docu-series that exposes a network of “academies” for troubled teens.
Hidden Figures -
Poor Things - Emma Stone plays a young woman brought back to life by an unorthodox scientist.
Players - This film flips the script on the “player” narrative and gives us a female lead trying to win the boy. Available on Netflix.
June - June Carter Cash documentary available on Paramount+ (it’s really good!).
LEGO Masters - A reality TV show hosted by Will Arnett where contestants competitively build with Legos
