Puppies, parenthood, moving abroad, book writing, nutrition, revenue streams + more.
Today is the one-year anniversary of launching this lil olβ Substack! Twelve months, 15,000 subscribers, and 120 published posts later β and here we are! π What better way to celebrate than to do a Q+A and answer YOUR questions.
Over the past month Iβve collected your questions via my newsletter, events, and Instagram and today Iβm delivering my responses. π©π»βπ»
These are the questions I answer in the Q+A:
πΎ Are we getting another dog?
πΊ Easiest ways to move abroad (and how we did it)?
πΆπ» How am I currently feeling about parenthood?
βπ» What does my novel writing process look like? (+ a sneak peek at the plot, vibe, and setting).
π₯ Have I found balance with intuitive eating?
πΈ What revenue streams do I have in my business?
β How do I decide whatβs next for me + my business?
π How do I feel about GLP1 drugs like Ozempic?
π’ How am I doing 3 months after losing Walter?
π©π»βπ« Ideas for teachers wanting to switch to online work?
π€ How to navigate GDPR compliance with digital systems?
ππ»ββοΈ My tips for long, healthy eyelashes?
β Where are our next travels taking us?
+ MORE
I had planned to do this podcast-style, but decided to go old school with typed responses as it makes it easier for me to share resources that might provide additional insight, and you can easily jump to the questions youβre curious about.
Alrightβ¦letβs dive inβ¦.
πΎ Are we getting another dog?
READER QUESTION: βI lost my dog last year and am still without one. I canβt bring myself to think about another dog yet. How are you feeling about it?β
The short answer here is that I absolutely cannot imagine my life without a dog in it.
I think anyone who has ever loved a dog understands that feeling.
And while I 100% understand peopleβs desire to fill the void, or to have multiple dogs so you never have to *quite* endure the full impact of being without oneβ¦that just wasnβt the right path for usβ¦.
