I'm puzzled because To Do in my desktop and also browser do not appear as yours do in the video. And a search suggests https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/how-can-i-view-microsoft-to-do-tasks-in-calendar/f8499c93-c5d6-4768-b2cb-296ab6e57832 that there is no way to view projects and their tasks in a way that gives one an overview of this week, next week, and so on. I'm trying to get away from a long long but unorganized to-do list, with a clear view of top priorities and immediate tasks. It doesn't seem that To Do will work. (I have a Business 365 account and wanted to stick with MS because of the integrations.)

Hi Karen! Happy to help. Can you confirm if you are signed in using: https://to-do.office.com/tasks/

Seems like maybe the confusion is that you are accessing it through the calendar.

I can access it in a couple of ways, but I did use the link you sent and got the same thing: screenshot here https://1drv.ms/i/c/37966e4ade59fae3/ESV_4tdrjFJCnAI7LxQ2WTEBu32IXyRi1I42hoNbN09_yA?e=ile6El. If I go to Teams and use the Planner app, I get something more like yours, but definitely not the same. I like the look and layout of yours - with emojis and a timeline, and especially the timeline! I don't like the way you can only add due date, Remind, and Repeat when you first put in a task, and have to open it again to add all the other information. Here's what Planner looks like (it's very much like Trello, but I'm showing it in a list format).

The screenshot was helpful, thank you! You're in the right place and it looks great to me -- it just hasn't been set up.

The "Planned" feature is not always on by default so you'll need to enable it by going to the gear icon in the top right > then under smart lists, make sure "Planned" is enabled (should be blue). It's my favorite feature and I'm not sure why they have it off!

The emojis just need to be added when you create the list and name it. If you aren't sure how to best access emojis on your computer, I have a post about it right here: https://thymeishoney.substack.com/p/emojis

Hope that gets you pointed in the right direction, Karen!
