I needed this reminder โ€” Iโ€™ve been really off and on edge. Looking at my sleep, I see Iโ€™m getting 1-2 hours less than what I know I need. Thanks for the flick in the forehead!

So interesting to read the science behind this! When I get poor sleep, I'm of absolute no use at work. I'm grateful to be self employed, so I can take it easier on these days, but it prompts me to to prioritize 7-8 hours every night. I better show up for myself, and others!
