Hello hello and welcome to the final month of the year! As we close ‘er out I’m planning some fun updates to this newsletter, and would love to take this opportunity to ask you for a little feedback:

🎶 PLAYLIST: Even I cannot resist the jingle of a good holiday tune this time of year — but my time working in retail also made me adverse to many of the “classics” that so often get put on repeat. So I started making a playlist of fun, unique versions of great holiday songs by a variety of artists. Hope you enjoy!

3 MINS - Review your upcoming schedule to assess where you are spending your time. Does it align with your priorities?
3 MINS - Look at your projects and tasks and make sure everything is up to date. Anything you need to update or delete?
3 MINS - Curate the files on your computer and phone (including photos you took this month!). Delete things you don't need. Does your information feel organized and accessible?
3 MINS - Look through any paper notes or random bits of info you collected last month. What digital system could you move it to so it doesn't get lost?

Leaving diet culture made me realize that the thing I didn’t like about salads was largely what diet culture had done to them: removed the flavor and the fat and left us with a sad bowl of lettuce and some rubbery chicken. But, salads don't have to suck!
