I’m a big fan of using styles and inserting table of contents at the beginning of all my docs. And I love that the TOC has a refresh button to update any changes or additions to the document.
I also love that I can “publish” any doc, slides, form etc and then use the iframe embed link on web pages. I recently used an embedded agenda, embedded presentations and an embedded eval form to complement meeting materials on the event website which allowed the content creators to continue to collaborate right up until the event and I wasn’t scrambling at the last minute to update web pages.
