I love Rachael's book and I purposely bought it as an ebook so I can pull up various recipes when shopping to be sure I'm not forgetting items. Thank you Dani for sharing this book as one of your top books in previous posts. Her philosophy on food is so spot on. Also, now feeling like she and I are linked due to enjoying the Dark Side of the Ring. Can we talk JUST about the episode on the Von Erich family??!

Be well!

I have been SO tempted to buy the digital copy as well now that I have made the switch to reading on my iPad! And yes...every ep of that show deserves an entire analysis. 😂😅

Thank you for sharing this conversation. I borrowed Rachel's book from the library and my family LOVED the sheet pan maple miso butter shrimp recipe! Going to have to purchase to put several of these recipes on repeat!!

I finally had capacity to add another podcast, and when I say that I ordered Rachael's book before I even finished this episode.

Dani - you can tell how much you enjoy interviewing these experts by how well you know their background. I've come to find that is one of the best traits of a good interviewer - they are knowledgeable about the subject! I'm really enjoying your podcast so far!

Thank you SO much! Doing my fifth one today and I honestly nerded out so hard reviewing all my notes and highlights of her book (Quaterlife, by Satya Doyle Byock). I really appreciate this feedback and little hype session 🧡
