I’ve been diving into Claude AI the past few weeks and have taken you along for the ride through my new series where I set up a personalized AI health coach. So far, four posts are live:

This initial project is meant as a way to get familiar with Claude, the four core areas within it, some basic AI terminology, and how to safely and intentionally start using these tools.

While working on these tutorials I have also been working on my own guide to AI ethics and safety. It is a work in progress and will evolve as I continue to learn. I hope to publish that in the next few weeks and hope it will be a helpful resource for you, too (and hopefully explain how I see it fitting into my views on politics and social justice).

📚 READ: Do you follow SimonSits on Instagram? Dog rescue accounts are one of my favorites, and Isabel has made me fall in love with more than one of her foster dogs. 📺 WATCH: I stumbled across a thread in an online forum where Europeans were discussing this show. I hadn’t heard of it, but then had to watch an episode. It’s a reality show that follows a group of wealthy women living in Palm Beach, Florida. I didn’t realize that women who look, dress, and act like this were real. I honestly thought this was like an urban legend. I haven’t watched Real Housewives but I imagine it’s similar but on steroids + they are all (?) MAGA which adds to the insanity. The show is a wild ride and we cannot look away 😆 Watch the trailer:

🎧 LISTEN: This was an interesting and HOPEFUL conversation about climate change. I loved hearing more about the role young people, particularly young women, are playing in the movement and what we can all do on a local level to impact change. Listen here:

🧡 ENJOY: I don’t make product recommendations very often, so I hope when I do you know it’s because its really, really good and I just can’t gatekeep it.
