My new group program, The Daily Method, officially opened for enrollment today and it feels like a true culmination of all my work + experience to date.
The Daily Method is a self-paced online program to simplify wellness in a way that feels accessible for you. Weβll kick things off on October 29th, and spend the next six weeks exploring βHONEYSβ which is an acronym I use for simplifying six vital aspects of wellness:
π¦ H - Hydration (week 1)
π O - Organization (week 2)
π₯ N - Nutrition (week 3)
π E - Exercise (week 4)
𧑠Y - Your βYβ (week 5)
π΄ S - Sleep (week 6)
Weβll cover the fundamental aspects of each area one lesson at a time (in about 30 minutes/week) and then Iβll walk you through science-backed methods for setting goals, identifying habits, and establishing systems to help you achieve them.
Building habits doesnβt happen overnight, which is why the program also includes an entire year of community and support. Thereβs an incredible lineup of guest speakers who will join us once a month throughout all of 2024 and I am truly *so* excited about the collective aspects of this program. Plus, the lessons are all self-paced (and efficient!) so you can work through the content when it works best for you.
