πΆ PLAYLIST: As a kid I often woke up on Saturday mornings to music playing on the surround sound while my mom cleaned the house. Bless the moms who work all week, take care of 5 kids, and then clean the house on Saturday morning β but Iβm glad she made it somewhat enjoyable by putting on her favorite music𧑠Neil Diamond was a favorite, but I also remember a lot of Allison Kraus, who this week teamed back up with Union Station to release a new album, Arcadia. You can listen to all ten tracks on Spotify:

π€π» EVENT: Join me on Monday, April 7, from 9-10:30 AM CT for our Monthly Review Day! This is a designated time each month to check in on your digital systems, update your habit tracker, and set goals for the month ahead. Thereβs also a 45-minute co-working session and a LIVE Q+A. Would love to see you there!
Curious what a Monthly Review Day is or what it entails? During this 90-minute weβll complete a few routines core to my organizational methods:
Weβll do a habit check-in using my Habit Tracker for Google Sheets. This is a time to update your tracker, reflect on what did/didnβt work, and get it set up for the month ahead.
Then we βco-workβ silently for 45-minutes and work through my Digital Cleanup routine (below) which is part of my PIES Method for digital organization.
After that weβll quickly check in on our progress and set a goal for the month ahead.
Then I hang out and answer any questions during a LIVE Q+A, which is optional.
These events are exclusive to paying subscribers, and thereβs usually anywhere between 15-35 of us on the call. Theyβre a great form of community and accountability and if you have other things you need to work on during this time you can also use it as a general co-working session.
π¨οΈ PRINTABLE: I designed The Forever Calendar as a reusable wall calendar that you can use year after year β you can purchase my oversized (20βx30β) print + frame it! Itβs one of the best things in my office. But this month I created a smaller (8.5βx11β) version you can print at home. Itβs great for 365 days of habit tracking. Hereβs how to use it:
Print out a copy!
Hang it somewhere youβll see it every day β by the bathroom mirror, on the fridge, in your cubicle!
Think of ONE habit you want to integrate this year.
Put a big βXβ on each day of the year that you complete the habit. I know itβs March, but donβt worry, you can start *today* and then loop around so that youβre tracking the habit for a full 365 days. I also think itβd be gorgeous if you filled the blocks in with different colors.
Remember, you CAN aim to do your habit every day, but setting a realistic goal is more important. So if you want to aim for βat least twice a weekβ or β100 times in 2025β etc., those are also great goals! Think how fun these will be to reflect on 12 months from now π₯°
π§Ή System Cleanup: Prep yourself for the month ahead with my quick 15-minute routine:
π 3 MINS - Review your upcoming schedule to assess where you are spending your time. Does it align with your priorities?
β 3 MINS - Look at your projects and tasks and make sure everything is up to date. Anything you need to update or delete?
π 3 MINS - Curate the files on your computer and phone (including photos you took this month!). Delete things you don't need. Does your information feel organized and accessible?
π 3 MINS - Look through any paper notes or random bits of info you collected last month. What digital system could you move it to so it doesn't get lost?
π§Ό 3 MINS - Clean your work area, wipe down your desk and monitors, and when you're ready β update your phone and computer wallpapers (see above for files!)

βπ» WRITING PROMPTS: Here are four weekly writing prompts to try out this month.
What is your daily routine like? How would you like to change it?
What areas of life exhaust you the most? What boundaries could you create to help with that?
Did you have a favorite book as a child? What was it and why did you love it so much?
Name one song that means a lot to you. What does it remind you of? What does it mean to you? Why is it important to you?

Hi! Not a new follower here, but definitely have been lurking in the background. I was introduced to your Instagram years ago by Gabby Llewellyn, immediately bought your giant Forever Calendar. Anyways, my favorite thing I watched this month, by far, was episode 5 of the current season (48) of Survivor. Even if youβre not a fan of Survivor and donβt keep up with it, this episode is absolutely amazing. A beautiful show of human decency, love, and support that superseded the game rules and competition!
