Our monthly review day for December is fast approaching! Our final gathering of 2024 will be a special version β€” a time for you to grab the 2025 version of The Habit Tracker (for free!) and I’ll walk you through the set-up process to ensure you are ready to roll into the new year.

WHAT WE’LL DO:

  • πŸ“£ 5 MINUTES (9:00 - 9:05 AM CST): Announcements, goal setting, and intro to The Habit Tracker.

  • πŸ’» 20 MINUTES (9:05 - 9:25 AM CST): I’ll walk you through the steps for setting up The Habit Tracker, including how I select meaningful habits to focus on.

  • πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ 20 minutes (9:25 - 9:55 AM CST): We’ll do a time-boxed Q+A to answer any questions you have about The Habit Tracker, habit formation, or how to have success with it throughout the year.

  • πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’» REMAINDER (9:55-10:30 AM CST): Silent co-working. Use this time to continue with your tracker set-up, do your Monthly Review Day or work independently on other tasks.

Along with community + learning, Monthly Review Days are a designated time for you to get organized for the month ahead, while enjoying the company and accountability of our online community. Below are some examples of how you might use the co-working time:

  • πŸ₯— Meal planning and creating a grocery list.

  • πŸ’΅ Checking in on finances and doing budget updates.

  • πŸ“… Reviewing your schedule to ensure your time aligns with your priorities.

  • πŸ“Consolidating research + notes into digital systems for safe keeping.

  • βœ… Updating information for ongoing tasks and projects.

  • πŸ—ƒ Organizing and decluttering digital files.

  • πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Scheduling your fitness or workout plans for the month.

  • 🀝🏻 Setting aside time to prioritize important relationships and networking.

  • πŸ₯‡ Updating progress toward goals or habit formation.

  • πŸ“§ Decluttering email inboxes, texts, and other communication.

  • πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¦ Aligning family schedules and childcare logistics.

  • πŸ‘©πŸ»β€βš•οΈ Booking important appointments or refilling medications.

  • 🧼 Tidying your desk + workspace

WHERE:

It’ll be hosted via Google Meet. If you’re new to it, don’t worry. It’s basically identical to Zoom! Just click the link (below) at the scheduled time and hop on in.

I’ll leave it up to you whether you have your video on or off, use filters, blur your background, or superimpose yourself on a beach. However you are most comfortable showing up!
